Innovation Technology Park is a 1500 acre university-anchored corporate research park located in Prince William County, Virginia. The park’s corporate and governmental tenants span the IT, biosciences, data center, and research and development verticals. Innovation Technology Park is anchored by George Mason University’s Prince William Campus, which hosts Mason’s College of Science and many specialized programs such as those in life sciences, medical education and applied information technology.

Innovation has seen the construction of more than 2.1 million square feet, including the headquarters of ATCC, the state-of-the-art COPT DC-6 data center, the FBI’s Northern Virginia Resident Agency, Virginia’s State Forensics Lab, the Prince William Science Accelerator and the Level-3 GMU/NIH Biomedical Research Laboratory.
